Listedrip ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Email address — collected at sign-up, used to identify your account and send service emails.
• eBay user ID — collected when you connect your eBay account via OAuth.
• eBay access & refresh tokens — stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in our database. Used solely to read your listing data and update prices on your behalf.
• Listing & rule data — titles, prices, and the drip rules you create. Used to run the price drop automation.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Paddle. We never see or store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Service (run price drop rules on your eBay listings)
• To send transactional emails (weekly digest, trial reminders, payment receipts)
• To process payments via Paddle
• To troubleshoot errors and improve the Service

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

• eBay — we connect to eBay's API on your behalf using OAuth tokens you authorize.
• Supabase — our database provider (PostgreSQL). Data is stored in the US.
• Paddle — payment processing. Subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — hosting provider. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and your account is deleted, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Price history and rule logs may be retained in anonymized form for analytics.

5. Security

eBay tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to the database is restricted to the application.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account and data, or disconnect your eBay account at any time from the Settings page. For any data requests, email us at hello@listedrip.com.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email.
