Terms of Service

By using Listedrip ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Listedrip Does

Listedrip is a subscription tool that automatically reduces prices on your eBay listings according to rules you define. We connect to your eBay account via official OAuth and only modify prices on listings where you have explicitly created a rule.

2. Your Account

You must connect a valid eBay seller account to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials with others.

3. Subscription & Billing

The Service costs $19/month after a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial ends, rules will stop running until a payment method is added. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with eBay's own Terms of Service. You must not use the Service to manipulate prices in a way that violates eBay's policies or applicable law.

5. No Guarantee of Sales

Listedrip automates price reductions but does not guarantee that your listings will sell. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including eBay's platform, buyer demand, and market conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listedrip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, lost sales, incorrect price changes, or other damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

We aim to run price drop jobs daily but do not guarantee any specific uptime or schedule. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your rules and data may be deleted.

9. Not Affiliated with eBay

Listedrip is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
